As we age, maintaining joint flexibility and mobility becomes essential to maintaining independence and avoiding chronic pain. Fortunately, a few simple, regular exercises can make a big difference.

Examples of easy exercises to do at home:

Wall Back Stretch : Straighten up and slide your back against the wall to improve your posture.

Knee flexion-extension : sitting on a chair, straighten your leg then gently release.
